I think Hawaii is a place like heaven. People who lived in Hawaii are enthusiastic and Hawaii have beautiful aina. In China we believe rainbow are representative bride and connection. It’s meaning lucky and good thing. So when i heard we will move to Hawaii i was happy for it and can’t sleep at night, keep think about Hawaii.
When we moved to Hawaii the first thing i do is go to see the ocean. I was so addicted to it, smell, shape and color. When you site on beach look at the sun is moving down and the sunlight on the water radiation to different colors it may be blue, green or orange . Wind slightly on your face through your hair and you can smell the ocean salt. and noe if you would like read some book like “Smell the sea and feel the sky, Let your soul and spirit fly.” What beautiful!
But one day I was scared. I can not doing this every day. There is a voice from my mind can not leave me along “Find a job and get a beautiful wife”. So i stop to going to beach and stop swimming even stop enjoy live in Hawaii. I moved to the mainland start travel around and been seen different people some are good some are not good. I work hard and just can’t save money.
I keep thinking to back to Hawaii the rainbow world a place like heaven. and I am here. For me Hawaii is a place can hold my soul and can show me the most beautiful thing in the world.

Hi Joseph- I have the same question as Aileen- did you get a beautiful wife? It would definitely be easy to just want to hang out on the beach every day and live like you are on vacation, but of course, to live on this beautiful island, it takes money! I feel very lucky that I get to live in my dream location and have my dream job!
